Job TItle: BI Analyst


Required Skills / Expertise: Must Have

  

• Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purposes
• Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in a timely manner
• Strong expertise in Designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Cluvio or others for data driven decisions
• Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
• Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes.
• Should have handled complexity around visualization or data
• Should have strong SQL skills, preferably over Postgre or SQL Server. Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
• Sound understanding of python and associated analytics libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib.
• Develop dashboards for real time monitoring of leads, operations, credit and collection

including
=> Good hands on experience in Power BI / Tableau or any industry standard BI Tool
=> Must be very strong in SQL queries with good hands-on in reporting.


Responsibilities::
• Must maintain the existing rule engine developed in python and make periodic updates
• Develop dashboards for real time monitoring of leads, operations, credit and collection.
• Build data pipeline to merge data from different sources.
• Monitor Credit underwriting procedure and find new data sources for better underwriting
• Create monthly portfolio reports.

Qualification
• BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc

• Relevant work experience (Knowledge of SQL, ETL tools, any reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Cluvio is mandatory)

• Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills

• Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments

• Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
